What is the warranty coverage on your sensor pumps and trash cans?
We stand by our products. Most of our sensor pumps and trash cans come with a 5-year warranty, while our step cans typically carry a 10-year warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or functional failures under normal household use.
How do I find the correct custom fit liner for my trash can?
Each simplehuman trash can has a specific letter code (A through Z) located on the inside of the lid or near the rim. Simply match that letter to the corresponding letter on our liner packs for a perfect, no-slip fit.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous United States. Members of our rewards program may also qualify for additional shipping benefits.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 45 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition to receive a full refund.
How do I clean and maintain my stainless steel products?
Our stainless steel features an invisible fingerprint-proof coating. To clean, simply use a soft cloth with warm water or a mild soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or bleach, as these can damage the protective finish.
